Hay muchas dignas de mención. Por ejemplo:

He comprado unas entradas para el cocierto en Chorzow (Polonia) y me han dado la opcion de imprimir las entrads (print at home) y claro he optado por hacerlo por esta via (gran error creo…), total que se me abre el PDF con las supuestas entradas y me encuentro con dos hojas tamaño DIN4 con un codigo alfanúmerico, con el asiento la fila, y nada de codigo de barras, ni algo que se parezca a una entrada de concierto, sino como una hoja explicativa a pesar de que dice que es el ticket. En fin, a alguien le ha pasado algo similar? Alguien ha escogido print at home y le ha salido esto? Si me podeis contestar porfavor, porque me siento estafada!! Gracias.

En las compras de entradas de entradas por internet siempre te dan dos cosas:
1.-una factura
2.-las entradas
Asegúrate de que lo que tienes no es lo primero. Cuando estes segura de que no es lo primero, vete a tu usuario de la web de entradas y alli te daran la oportunidad de imprimirte las entradas las veces que quieras. Imprimetelas otra vez y comprueba que no tienen código de barras. Si no lo tienen, ponte en contacto con el servicio de atencion al cliente y comentales tus dudas para quedarte tranquila sobre la validez de las entradas.
Hola Ivan, gracias por responder tan rápido, la factura me la enviaron en el correo electrónico, el documento en PDF son las entradas si ya se que se pueden imprimir tantas veces como uno quiera pero siempre se abre un PDF de dos hojas DIN A4 pero sin código de barras, en fin estoy esperando la respuesta de los de eventim(la web dispensadora de entradas), cuando tenga noticias os las haré saber por si alguien tiene el mismo problema. Muchas gracias.
