Vídeo grabado durante la gira POPMART Tour, una de las giras más impresionantes de U2, que sin embargo, no estuvo acompañada de un álbum de éxito. El álbum POP consiguió buenas ventas en todo el mundo, pero los fans de U2 no asimilaron muy bien el cambio que se produjo en el estilo musical de U2.
Algunas de las canciones de este concierto fueron publicadas en el año 2000 en el CD exclusivo para fans, U2 Hasta la vista Baby!, distribuido a través de la revista de U2: Propaganda.
